I partner with select first time entreprenuers from the inception of their business model to securing their first formal funding round. With more than 2.5 decades of expertise I offer tailored insights to navigate the tribulations of starting up, ensuring a robust foundation for future growth. Together, we will build a sustainable strategy to drive your venture's success. My involvement would include: 1. Advise in incorporation along with structuring (in India and abroad). 2. Handhold in initial process setup - operations, finance, administration, sales, et al., 3. assist in hiring relevant resources for the finance function. 4. Handhold in setting up regular reporting to facilitate review and decision-making. 5. Participate in periodic business reviews. 6. Advise on road shows to raise capital and make pitch decks.
